Ask your child about Amira. They can access it from home on their student dashboard. Amira allows students to choose from several appropriately challenging and engaging texts to read. As students read out loud, Amira listens, assesses, and when they struggle, Amira provides feedback and support

Application for Free & Reduced Meals:
We encourage all families to apply electronically at kisd.us/frmealapp to see if your student(s) qualify for free or reduced-priced meals.

School Cafe Account:
Please use the link to set up an account, view the breakfast/lunch menu, and add money https://www.schoolcafe.com/KLEINISD.
Parents are only allowed to bring and have lunch with their own child/children.
To help set our students up for success, we will spend the first few weeks of school teaching lunchroom expectations and procedures. This focused time helps students build independence, understand routines, and enjoy a calm, structured lunch experience.
|
**You may only have lunch with your student on their designated day. If you would like to have lunch with your child on their birthday that falls on a day outside of the designated grade level day, please contact the grade level assistant principal for approval. |
