Klein Cain Boys Soccer Wins Back-to-Back State Championships

Klein Cain High School captured its second straight UIL boys soccer state championship Saturday, beating Atascocita, 1-0, in the UIL 6A Division I final at Birkelbach Field in Georgetown.

The win capped a 19-3-5 season for Klein Cain and placed the Hurricanes among a rare group in Texas high school soccer. Klein Cain became just the second UIL 6A boys soccer program in state history to win back-to-back championships.

Klein ISD Police Department External Evaluation Earns Elite State Accreditation

The Klein ISD Police Department has earned accreditation through the Texas Police Chiefs Association (TPCA) Law Enforcement Accreditation Program, a voluntary, elite designation that fewer than 8% of the approximately 2,800 police departments in Texas have achieved.

Only 9 school district police departments in the state have completed the rigorous process, which requires demonstrating compliance with more than 170 Texas Law Enforcement Best Practices through a comprehensive external evaluation.

Superintendent's Message - Dr. Jenny McGown

Message from our Supt Graphic

April 8,

"What an awesome moment for our Kleb Intermediate Symphonic Band and for Klein ISD! Our Bearcub Band has been officially invited to the Midwest Clinic to perform, one of the most prestigious honors in instrumental music education!

Congratulations to our talented students, Band Director Mr. Gonzales, and their families. Held in Chicago, the Midwest Clinic draws more than 18,000 educators, students, and professionals from all 50 states and more than 30 countries each year. To be invited to perform on that stage is a remarkable reflection of musicianship, discipline, and the daily work happening in music classrooms across @KleinISD.

SO proud of our Kleb Band for representing our #KleinFamily so well and for continuing our tradition of excellence in the Arts."
