Welcome to this week’s Arrow!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! This week, we are excited to celebrate the incredible educators who make Doerre such a special place. Our teachers pour so much time, energy, and heart into supporting our students each day, and we are incredibly grateful for the impact they make both inside and outside the classroom. Their dedication, passion, and commitment to helping every student grow and succeed truly make a difference.

We also have a busy and exciting week ahead with MAP testing, the Cain Parade, and our PRIDE Games. Be sure to check out the information below for important details and updates as we head into another great week at Doerre!

We would also love for our families to help us celebrate our amazing staff by giving a teacher or staff member a shout out! Please take a moment to share your appreciation using the link below. Your kind words mean so much to our team and help make this week extra special.

Did your student hear something on the announcements and can’t remember all the details? HERE is a link to the daily announcements that are read each day during first period.

Tutorial Schedule

Doerre Tutorial Process

To ensure all students are safely supervised, we do not student allow entry unless their teacher is present. Between 8:00 and 8:25, students can enter the building for tutorials through the secondary front door (the entrance nearest the handicap parking spots). Students must present their student ID and sign in, indicating where they will attend. Students will only be permitted to attend tutorials for teachers who have marked themselves present.

Here is the tutorial schedule for the 25-26 school year: Doerre Tutorial Schedule. Once the teacher arrives, they will turn their name green on this sheet, and our tutorial door greeter will know to let those students in for tutorials.  Teacher AM Tutoring Check-In Sheet

After 8:25, students will not be able to enter the building until the bell rings at 8:35, allowing our staff time to prepare for the school day and report to their morning duty stations.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
