PRIDE Schedule Update

As we begin the new semester, we will be holding brief, face-to-face PRIDE sessions focused on reinforcing positive behavior expectations across campus. These discussions will be led by our campus leadership team and will be short (approximately 15–20 minutes) and review important reminders such as wearing IDs, hallway traffic/behavior, cell phones, etc. This is not a full lesson like the beginning of the year, but rather a quick reset to help students start strong.

The schedule is as follows:

January 8 – 8th Grade

January 9 – 7th Grade

January 14 – 6th Grade

Students will attend with their PRIDE class and will return to their regular schedule afterward.

Thank you for your continued partnership as we work together to support a positive and focused learning environment for all students.

Course Selection 26-27

Course Selection Season is Here!

The journey toward the 2026-2027 school year begins now! We are excited to help our students plan their academic paths and explore the many opportunities available.

Each grade level will meet with their school counselors for a specialized presentation. During these sessions, students will:

Explore the various course offerings for the upcoming year.

Learn about graduation requirements and elective pathways.

Receive their official Course Selection Sheet at the conclusion of the meeting.

Parents are invited to attend Doerre’s Spring Open House to view the presentation and stay informed about the selection process.

If you have any questions regarding specific classes, prerequisites, or the scheduling process, please reach out to your School Counselor for more information.

Tutorial Schedule

Doerre Tutorial Process

To ensure all students are safely supervised, we do not student allow entry unless their teacher is present. Between 8:00 and 8:25, students can enter the building for tutorials through the secondary front door (the entrance nearest the handicap parking spots). Students must present their student ID and sign in, indicating where they will attend. Students will only be permitted to attend tutorials for teachers who have marked themselves present.

Here is the tutorial schedule for the 25-26 school year: Doerre Tutorial Schedule. Once the teacher arrives, they will turn their name green on this sheet, and our tutorial door greeter will know to let those students in for tutorials.  Teacher AM Tutoring Check-In Sheet

After 8:25, students will not be able to enter the building until the bell rings at 8:35, allowing our staff time to prepare for the school day and report to their morning duty stations.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
