November 3-November 7

WZ

Hello Doerre Families!

Can you believe it’s already November? Only three short weeks until Thanksgiving — our time is flying by!

We want to give a huge shoutout to our 8th Grade Doerre B Team Volleyball for bringing home the district championship last week! We are so proud of how all our athletes and coaches have represented Doerre this year. Way to go, Warriors! 🏐❤️💛

Last week, we also celebrated a great Anti-Drug Week with engaging presentations and fun dress-up days. Check out the photos below to see some of our awesome students participating and showing their school spirit!

This weekend, don’t miss the long-awaited Doerre musical! We hope you can join us to support Ms. Mears, Ms. Amandola, and our amazing and talented students who have worked so hard to bring this production to life.

Just a reminder: Tuesday, November 4 is Election Day and a student holiday.

Thank you for your continued support of our students, staff, and campus — it truly takes a village to make Doerre such a special place.

With appreciation,

With gratitude,
Annie Welday-Zimney
Principal, Doerre Intermediate

Tutorial Schedule

Doerre Tutorial Process

To ensure all students are safely supervised, we do not student allow entry unless their teacher is present. Between 8:00 and 8:25, students can enter the building for tutorials through the secondary front door (the entrance nearest the handicap parking spots). Students must present their student ID and sign in, indicating where they will attend. Students will only be permitted to attend tutorials for teachers who have marked themselves present.

Here is the tutorial schedule for the 25-26 school year:Doerre Tutorial Schedule. Once the teacher arrives, they will turn their name green on this sheet, and our tutorial door greeter will know to let those students in for tutorials. Teacher AM Tutoring Check-In Sheet

After 8:25, students will not be able to enter the building until the bell rings at 8:35, allowing our staff time to prepare for the school day and report to their morning duty stations.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
