WZ

Dear Doerre Families,

I hope you and your family had a wonderful three-day weekend. This week will go by quickly, as we have only four days with students.

There are no major updates to share—things are business as usual as we prepare for Spring Open House on January 27 and our 5th grade campus visits on January 28. It has been great to see so much positive learning and engagement happening in classrooms, and we appreciate your continued support.

We are also excited to congratulate our 2025–2026 Employees of the Year! We are so proud to recognize these outstanding staff members and are incredibly thankful for all they do each day to support our students, families, and campus community. Check out photos below for all of those who were honored last week.

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance. We look forward to a great week ahead.

Warm regards,

Annie Welday-Zimney
Principal, Doerre Intermediate

Doerre Daily Announcements

Did your student hear something on the announcements and can’t remember all the details? HERE is a link to the daily announcements for Quarter One that are read each day during first period.

Tutorial Schedule

Doerre Tutorial Process

To ensure all students are safely supervised, we do not student allow entry unless their teacher is present. Between 8:00 and 8:25, students can enter the building for tutorials through the secondary front door (the entrance nearest the handicap parking spots). Students must present their student ID and sign in, indicating where they will attend. Students will only be permitted to attend tutorials for teachers who have marked themselves present.

Here is the tutorial schedule for the 25-26 school year: Doerre Tutorial Schedule. Once the teacher arrives, they will turn their name green on this sheet, and our tutorial door greeter will know to let those students in for tutorials.  Teacher AM Tutoring Check-In Sheet

After 8:25, students will not be able to enter the building until the bell rings at 8:35, allowing our staff time to prepare for the school day and report to their morning duty stations.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
